large shitake mushrooms, washed
.5 C saké
2-4 lemon slices
2 T light soy sauce |

- Pre-heat
oven to 350°
- Slice
the mushrooms into .25 inch-wide strips.
- Put
mushrooms in a suitably-sized tinfoil pouch and top with lemon
slices.
- Add
saké and soy sauce; close the pouch securely.
- Bake
for 20 minutes.
- (You
can add a bit of julliened fresh ginger or a couple of splashes
of sesame oil, if you want to try something a little different....
